I've worked with manifestation and the Law of Attraction for many years.
But through practising it, teaching magick and experiencing manifestation within my own life, I've increasingly come to understand it in a different way.
For me, the Law of Attraction is better understood as the Law of Frequency.
Rather than simply asking "What do I want to attract?", I want us to explore:
What am I actually trying to create, and what is the frequency of the reality in which it already exists?

That's where this workshop begins. Before we cast any magick, we're going to find out what we're actually casting for.

Guided Astral Journeying
A guided journey to uncover your true intention: the one that sits beneath the surface-level desire, and the frequency you genuinely want to move towards.
Understanding & Creating Your Own Sigils
What a sigil is, how it holds an intention, and how to create your own. You'll leave with a sigil made for what you are actually casting for, not a generic symbol.
Plant Correspondences for Manifestation
Working with plants and herbs whose qualities correspond to the frequency you are moving into, so the physical and the energetic support each other.
A Live Group Magick Ceremony
A ceremony held live, together, bringing the intention, the sigil and the correspondences into one working. Everything is guided, and nothing is left for you to figure out alone.
Journeying Into the Frequency
A second journey, this time into the reality in which what you are creating already exists. Not picturing it from the outside, but feeling what it is like to be there.
Releasing the Working to Spirit
The final and often most overlooked step: letting the working go and handing it over to Spirit, rather than holding on and checking whether it has arrived yet.

Common Questions
Do I need to know what I want before I come?
No. That's what the first journey is for. Some people arrive with a very clear goal, others with only the sense that something needs to change. Both are welcome, and both will find their intention in the first part of the evening.
Do I need any experience with magick or journeying?
None at all. Everything is guided step by step, from the journeys to creating your sigil to the ceremony itself. The workshop suits complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
What is astral journeying?
A gentle, guided meditative practice in which you travel inwardly to explore, receive insight, and experience things directly rather than only thinking about them. You remain in calm, relaxed awareness throughout, and Jasmine guides you through each step.
What is a sigil?
A symbol you create to hold a specific intention. Rather than using a symbol someone else has designed, you'll learn how sigils work and make your own for what you are casting for during the workshop.
What do I need to take part?
A quiet space where you won't be disturbed, a device for Zoom, a pen, and your workbook (sent to you before the evening). A candle is lovely but not essential. Any plants or herbs for the correspondences work are optional; Jasmine will talk you through them on the night.
Is this a Law of Attraction workshop?
It draws on that ground, but Jasmine has come to understand the mechanism as frequency rather than attraction: finding what you are actually trying to create, feeling the frequency of the reality in which it already exists, and then working magickally with it. If you've worked with the Law of Attraction before, this will feel like a natural next step.
What happens after I book?
You'll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link, and your downloadable workbook will be sent before the workshop. If your plans change, simply get in touch. We're always happy to help.
