Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings and cancellations

• All sessions are booked in advance through the online scheduling system.
• You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
• If you do not attend your session, or arrive late, your time may be shortened or forfeited without refund.
• In the rare case that I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered the choice of a full refund or an alternative appointment time.

2. Spiritual connection guarantee

• Every session is approached with sincerity and deep spiritual commitment.
• I guarantee an authentic connection to Spirit and commit to providing clear, evidential messages within the first five minutes of your reading.
• If a strong connection is not established within that time, you may choose to end the session and receive a refund, or reschedule at no charge.

3. Session recordings

• All Zoom sessions are recorded, and the recording is included free of charge.
• The recording is sent to the email address you provided after your session.
• You are responsible for downloading and saving your recording; recordings may not be stored indefinitely.

4. Nature of the services

• All sessions are for personal insight, healing and spiritual development. While intuitive guidance is offered, readings are not a substitute for medical, legal or financial advice.
• You must be 18 or older to book a session, or have written permission from a parent or guardian.

5. Confidentiality

• All personal information and session content remains private and confidential, unless you give explicit permission for it to be shared for educational or promotional purposes. See the privacy policy for the detail.

6. Your part

• You are responsible for coming to the session with an open mind and heart.
• The energy and outcome of any session depend on mutual trust, openness and spiritual readiness.
