Release what no longer serves. Reclaim your sacred energy.
Shamanic healing and energy work, guided by spirit, for deep transformation and restoration.
When your energy feels heavy, your home feels off, or you are carrying spiritual weight that is not yours, it is time for restoration. I work with Reiki, Sekhem, shamanic protocols, and direct spirit guidance to address what your system needs most, whether that is negative energy in your home, cords from draining relationships, or feeling blocked in ways you cannot quite name.
If the heaviness comes from grief or loss, this work sits gently alongside a reading. Read about grief support →

Spirit-led, safe, and real.
Spirit-Guided, Not One-Size-Fits-All
I do not follow a rigid script. Each session begins with me tuning into your energy and asking Spirit what you need most. Sometimes that is deep cord cutting, sometimes soul retrieval, sometimes simply clearing blockages and restoring your natural flow.
Safe and Trauma-Informed
All healing is done with your full consent and at a pace that feels safe for your system. I work gently with trauma, never forcing. You stay fully conscious and in control throughout, and I explain what I am sensing as we go.
Real, Tangible Shifts
This is not vague energy work. Clients report feeling lighter, sleeping better, experiencing pain relief, and noticing immediate changes in how their homes feel. You receive practical aftercare to hold your clear, protected energy between sessions.
Healing, felt by real people.
“Jasmine is a true healer. I myself have been a practitioner of shamanic arts for decades, and Jasmine is one of the clearest channels I have yet encountered.”

“I am looking forward to receiving a shamanic session with her. After our session, I felt elevated.”

About energy healing.
Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?
No. You need to be open to the possibility, but not a believer. The energy moves regardless of your belief system. Sceptical clients often experience the most profound shifts, because they are not trying to create the experience, simply receiving what is already there.
What does energy healing actually feel like?
Most clients feel warm, tingly sensations, waves of emotion releasing, or deep relaxation. Some see colours or images, others simply feel peaceful. There is no right way to experience healing; your system knows exactly what it needs.
Can you really clear my house remotely?
Yes. Energy is not bound by distance. I have cleared homes across the world via Zoom, and clients consistently report immediate changes, better sleep, less tension, a feeling of peace returning. You are on the call with me so you feel the shifts in real time.
How do I know if I need cord cutting?
If you are thinking about someone constantly, feeling drained after interactions, or carrying emotional weight that does not feel like yours, there is likely an energetic cord. Cord cutting does not end relationships; it releases the unhealthy connection while preserving what is meant to remain.
What is the difference between the shorter and longer sessions?
Quick Energy Clearing (30 minutes) is for targeted clearing when you know what you need: a chakra balance, a quick cord cutting, or clearing after a stressful event. Shamanic and Energy Healing (60 or 90 minutes) is for deeper work: soul retrieval, multiple cord cuttings, longstanding blocks, or when you would like Spirit to guide the whole process.
How many sessions will I need?
Many people feel a real shift after a single session. Deeper or longstanding patterns often benefit from a package, where we work through layers safely over time. I will always give you my honest sense of what would serve you, with no pressure to book more than you need.
Ready to clear what is blocking you?
Whether you need your home cleared, your energy restored, or deep shamanic work to retrieve parts of yourself lost to trauma, I am here to guide you back to your natural state of clear, protected, powerful energy.
